We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your products for any reason you have 14 calendar days from the moment your order is placed to return them.

Please email us at hellotimelessbeauty@gmail.com if you wish to return an item. We will provide a returns authorisation number and a returns form for you to complete. The returns form will have all the information required for you to make the return.

If it has been longer than 14 calendar days since delivery we will not be able to refund you, however please contact our customer care team to find out your options: hellotimelessbeauty@gmail.com.
